Normally, Fill Object will fill the mesh with the colour you selected.
When using Layers, Fill Object behaves differently. It will only fill in the polypainted area within that single layer
Normally, painting with Alt Key will switch from primary colour to secondary colour
When using Layers, using Alt Key will erase the polypaint in the Layer
